What shipping methods are offered? And how long does it take to ship?
About delivery time:
Delivery services subject to government restrictions and flight cancellations. This means that the estimated time to receive the package should be 10-28 business days on average. Hope you can understand.
Receipt time = processing time + delivery time
Processing time: 3-8 working days (quality control/picking and sorting/packing...)
Shipping time:
Standard Shipping: 10-25 business days
Fast Shipping: 7-12 business days
Delivery Time & shipping cost?
Delivery time: Total Delivery Time = Custom Handcraft Time + Processing Time + Shipping Time.
Custom Handcraft Time: Custom items require 6-8 business days to handcraft. The handcraft time is separate from the shipping time and processing time.
Processing Time: Before shipping your order, normally we need 3-5 business days to prepare your custom products. The processing time is separate from the shipping time. Kindly note a small number of orders may still need between 7-10 business days depending on stock availability.
During this difficult time, the factories and warehouse is being operated under additional guidelines to ensure the safety of both the workers and the products.
So the processing time will be longer than before. We need extra 1-3 business days to prepare your orders, do strict quality-control tests, thorough disinfection, and carefully packed.
Shipping time: Generally, for Standard Shipping, it will take 15-30 business days for your orders to reach you; some distance area might take even longer.
